Refund Policy

1. Returns are allowed on stock items that have not been worn or altered in any way within 5 days of purchase. Original packaging must be returned with the item for a refund. Please retain your original invoice for refunds & exchanges.
2. We do not allow refunds on items which have been customized including sizing.
3. No returns on custom made jewelry.
4. We do not offer returns on special orders
5. No returns on items which have been worn or damaged.
6. We do not ship international.
7. We collect .5% Maryland sales tax on all sales.
8. Shipping charges are not refundable.  We will charge $10.00 shipping on items under $1,000.00 in price.  Free shipping on purchases of $100.00 or more.
9.  We do not offer C.O.D deliveries 
10.  No returns, replacements nor repairs will be done for items that have been misused or purposely damaged.
11. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
12.   We will only consider replacing, exchanging or refunding faulty products if the product was used for its intended purpose and design and in accordance with the products disclaimer. 
13. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept back earrings.

Steps we take to Review your submitted Return(s)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed.

 

If we are out of stock the item you have returned we will do our best to substitute another color of your choice from our current in stock inventory or allow you a substitute equal to the value of your return.
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
